At the Spittelmarkt station, I recently witnessed 5 ticket checkers surrounding one poor black kid who was sitting on a bench looking like he was about to cry. My Deutsch is bad, so I couldn't understand what they were saying, but the optics of the situation were awful.
Hahaha factoid is awesome. I myself got „controlled“ (as they call it in Vienna) about 5 times the last few years, if you count airport runs, maybe once on bvg but I mostly bike.
