Terms and conditions for advertising/sponsorship on 20% Berlin

• Materials: Sponsors are responsible for delivering materials by email in the correct formats to 20 Percent Berlin (sponsor@20percent.berlin) no later than one working day prior to the agreed day of the sponsorship. Sponsors can send new materials for each newsletter as long as they arrive on time.

• Sponsorship content: 20 Percent bears no responsibility for the contents of sponsor texts and images.

• Cancellations: If sponsors cancel a booking, 20 Pecent Berlin reserves the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee.

• Billing: Unless otherwise agreed, 20 Percent bills sponsors (by e-mail invoice) at the end of every month. Invoices must be paid in full within 14 days.
