- Seediness / Obvious social problems (people not getting the help they need: homelessness, schizophrenics, crack smoking in train stations, etc.)

Alex will be in renovation for at least three years. And because it's DB, Hauptbahnhof will be in Baustelle during 2026, too 🥲
